How Well Do You Know Your Customers and Prospects?

As a retailer, you may think you know your customers pretty well, not to mention your ideal customer. However, recent research has found that 61% of people feel the brands that should know them fall short. The good news is that because of all the data and tools available now, it’s easier to “get” your customers and to make sure your marketing efforts fall in line with what would be appealing to them.
Take a look at this article from Google for inspiration on how some highlighted brands served more resonating creative to their customers. Even though these brands are quite large and most likely have budgets to match, you can still glean info from your own Google data and from (if you’ve dipped your toe) your YouTube ads.
