Summer Watermelon Popsicles

-1 half medium seedless watermelon
-2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
-2 limes
-honey (optional)

Cut watermelon into chunks, removing rind. Rinse strawberries, if using fresh. Add watermelon, strawberries, and juice of limes to blender and blend until smooth. You might need to do this in two batches depending on the size of your blender. Taste the mixture and add a touch of honey if it needs sweetening. Blend again. Pour mixture through a fine mesh sieve over a bowl to remove any chunks, pulp and strawberry seeds. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight!
