Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Bananas, peanut butter, and milk are all inexpensive and plentiful ingredients. As long as you have a good blender, combining these into a smoothie is a great way to get a delicious shake that’s easy to make. If you keep a few baggies in the freezer with a couple of peeled, overripe bananas, it’s not hard to make this recipe spur the moment. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of milk
  • 2 ripe or overripe bananas (frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter

Directions

Blend the milk and the frozen banana in a blender. Add in the peanut butter and blend until incorporated.
