Simple Garlic Bread
Equipment
- Baking Sheet
- Foil
- small bowl
Ingredients
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup butter very soft
- 1 french baguette cut lengthwise
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley freshly chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, salt, and parsley until well combined.
- Spread cut sides of bread liberally with garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake on top rack until bread is toasty and golden at the edges, about 10 minutes. For extra crispy edges, switch the oven to broil for the last 1-2 minutes.
- Slice into 2-inch pieces, serve warm.
