Easy Grilled Chicken Kabobs
Equipment
- Medium Bowl
- Ziploc Bag
- Grill
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- juice from 1 lime
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1.5-2 pounds chicken thighs
Instructions
- Whisk the first 7 marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Chop chicken into chunks and marinate in mixture either in bowl or Ziploc bag for 2-4 hours, or overnight.
- Remove from marinade and skewer onto kabob skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until done.
