2020 was a year of self-reflection and focusing on what matters most to us. For many, it meant slowing down and enjoying quality time, prioritizing health and well-being, recognizing the importance of family and friends, as well as cherishing the things in life that we often take for granted. Although many like to set goals at the start of a year, month, or week, remember that self-improvement, reflection, and goal setting can take place any time of the year. Starting on January 1st isn’t a requirement! And, if life happens and you fall off track, that’s okay. Tomorrow is a new day.
