Garlic Ginger Grilled Shrimp
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated and peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Prepare grill.
- Toss shrimp with all ingredients in a medium bowl until coated.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until done.
