Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 container ladyfingers, refrigerated
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks & add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat in melted chocolate with vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff & fold in chocolate mixture.
- Spoon into springform pan lined with Ladyfingers.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
