Chocolate Mousse

  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1 container ladyfingers, refrigerated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  1. Beat egg yolks & add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat in melted chocolate with vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff & fold in chocolate mixture.

  2. Spoon into springform pan lined with Ladyfingers.

  3. Chill for at least 4 hours.
