Simple Garlic Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup butter very soft
  • 1 french baguette cut lengthwise
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley freshly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, salt, and parsley until well combined.
  • Spread cut sides of bread liberally with garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake on top rack until bread is toasty and golden at the edges, about 10 minutes. For extra crispy edges, switch the oven to broil for the last 1-2 minutes.
  • Slice into 2-inch pieces, serve warm.
