Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon sea salt
Using hands, combine all of the above in a large bowl until well mixed. For best flavor, allow to sit overnight in refrigerator before cooking.
Shape into patties and pan fry over medium heat until cooked through and slightly brown (about 3-5 minutes per side). Serve immediately OR freeze patties to eat at a later date.
