Let’s be honest, most people have a sweet tooth from time to time. My “time to time” just happens to be every single day!
I stumbled upon this recipe while searching for healthier options to my normal cookies, candy, or cake cravings. I needed something to satisfy my need for sugar while not completely cancelling out my progress in the gym. This snack was the perfect find, and it even has a boost of protein from the peanut butter!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Old-Fashioned Oats
- ½ Cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ Cup Chocolate Chips (dark chocolate for a healthier option!)
- ¼ Cup Honey
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Once all ingredients are evenly dispersed, roll mixture into cookie dough sized balls on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate, and enjoy!
