My favorite March treat growing up was the Shamrock Shake from McDonald’s. Try this 3-ingredient copycat recipe and bask in the nostalgia!
- 3 cups natural vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk (more or less depending on how thick you like it)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
- 1/2 tsp pure mint extract
- whipped cream (optional)
- chocolate syrup (optional)

Place ice cream, milk, mint leaves, and mint extract into a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and garnish with any of the following: whipped cream, shaved chocolate, chocolate syrup, strawberries
