Dessert Tacos

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • tortillas
  • chocolate chips (or chocolate bark)
  • peanuts (crushed)
  • blueberries and strawberries (or other preferred fruits)
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate syrup
  • vanilla ice cream
  1. Heat the tortillas over the stove and fold them so they look like tacos.

  2. Add cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

  3. Brush melted butter on the tortillas and immediately cover them with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

  4. Melt the chocolate and use a spoon to add the chocolate to the tops of the shells.

  5. Immediately sprinkle the peanuts around the chocolate.

  6. Let the chocolate set and then add ice cream inside the shell with your choice of fruit on top of the ice cream.

  7. Finish by adding the whipped cream and drizzle some chocolate syrup on top. Then serve and enjoy!
