Frozen Strawberry Jam

2 cups of strawberries 4 cups of sugar ¾ cup of water 1 box of sure jell
Remove the stems and mash the strawberries. Pour the sugar into the strawberries and mix well. Bring the water and sure jell to a full boil and let boil for 1 minute. Pour sure jell into the strawberry and sugar mixture and stir for 3 minutes. Pour into mason jars or freezing containers; let sit for 24 hours and then refrigerate or freeze until ready to use. - Recipe by Florence Bowen
