- 3 pounds pork spareribs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) jar barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, diced
DIRECTIONS
- Do not pre-heat the slow cooker.
- Dice up the onion, add to the crock pot.
- Rub the ribs with salt and pepper, add to the crock pot.
- Add the barbecue sauce on top.
- Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Try not to lift the lid too much.
