Stop And Think

Stop And Think

With school, jobs, families and relationships, our lives can get packed with tasks and activities very quickly. People are constantly on the go, running from one thing to the next. How often are we able to break away from busy routines to stop and reflect? Not just what needs to be done the next day, but topics on a deeper level. In New York City, a chalkboard was placed up against a fence, with a question that read, “What Is Your Biggest Regret?” Those passing along the city street were able to walk up, grab a piece of chalk, and write what in their life they regret the most. The results are quite surprising, and they are more similar than you would expect in a place full of so many people. Take a look at the video and see for yourself. In such a hectic city, it’s fascinating to see what happens when people stop everything and answer this question. It is something all of us should strive to do more of, because as cliché as it is, life is too short to have regrets.
