Summer Favorite Mexicorn Dip

This crowd-pleaser was a hit at our recent Independence Day potluck. It's the perfect mix of sweet, spicy and delicious crunchy flavor!


3 - 11 oz. cans MexiCorn, drained
1 - 7 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 - 6 oz. can chopped jalapeno peppers, drained
½ cup green onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 - 16 oz. package sharp cheddar cheese

2-3 bags Fritos scoops corn chips


Mix all ingredients together (except for corn chips). Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve cold with Fritos scoops corn chips.
