Account Coordinator - Remote Position

Right now, we have an immediate opening for a dynamic addition to our accounts team. Our office operates remotely on East Coast hours.

The ideal candidate for this Account Coordinator position will have up to 4 years of experience in client service, preferably with a marketing or advertising agency, and a BA/BS degree, preferably in communications, marketing or PR. You must be detail oriented and have strong organizational, writing, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-focused team environment. 

Responsibilities include day-to-day coordination of projects with multiple fine jewelry clients, tracking and updating client budgets, conceptualizing with the accounts team new creative ideas, managing co-op advertising and collaboration with other departments.

Regarding responsibilities and skills, here are the musts:

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Email, & MS Office
• Writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional Organizational Skills, detail-oriented Project management skills
• Team-oriented, positive, enthusiastic, and responsive work ethic and demeanor
• Website and digital coordination experience helpful
• Salary is $45,000
