I have always loved to bake, and when my grandma made me this banana bread, I just had to have the recipe! Fresh out of the oven and loaded with gooey chocolate chips, I’m sure you won’t be able to resist either.
Pro tip for super moist and yummy banana bread: Replace the oil with applesauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil (or substitute applesauce)
- 3 Bananas
- 3 Eggs (medium)
- Chopped Walnuts (to taste - if desired)
- Chocolate Chips (to taste - if desired)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and oil.
- Beat eggs and bananas separately.
- Mix all ingredients (fold in chocolate chips and nuts if desired), and pour into a loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
