Creamy Pasta With Meatballs

A tasty alternative to a traditional dish – 5 Stars
Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 large chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 egg
10 ounces ground beef
10 ounces ground pork
For the sauce:
5 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Pasta:
8 ounces pasta (such as fettuccine, pappardelle or egg noodles)
