Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal (old-fashioned oats, uncooked) ⅔ cup toasted coconut flakes ½ cup peanut butter ½ cup ground flax seeds ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips ⅓ cup honey 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon vanilla extractDirections:
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until well combined.
- Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Roll into 1” balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
