On top of helping our clients achieve better and more frequent reviews, they are always innovating, another attribute we love. If you’re not using it already, you should certainly check them out at podium.com If you are, but maybe aren’t familiar with some of their newer features, they’ve come out with some handy and timely tools. One is called Payments and allows you to close more sales, secure safe payments, connect multiple accounts, process refunds, and itemize your invoices. This is all done from your Podium dashboard. This would certainly be of use to you if you’re not fully open or want to give your customers more options. The other is called Feedback, which allows you to short-form poll your customers. This helps you to learn exactly what they love or why they’re leaving so you can get the answers you need to drive repeat business. If you haven’t looked into them yet, you should now.
