It’s our favorite time of year, when clients drive, fly and otherwise travel to Fruchtman Marketing to review the last twelve months, identify opportunities and challenges, and strategize for the upcoming year.
There’s a lot of listening on our part because this is our chance to get our clients in a room without the distractions of day-to-day business. We want to learn what worked best, what’s changed in their business, what goals they’ve set.
And we want to share our data and measurement, and present and explore new marketing trends, new tools and big ideas we think can drive their sales and business.
It’s an invaluable experience for us and helps us plan ahead with first-hand insight. And it gives our clients the chance to share their thinking, feedback, questions and ideas up close and personal.
When all is said and done, it’s focused, face-to-face communication and collaboration. And it doesn’t get much better than that.
