Account Executive - Remote Position

We’re a full-service marketing agency headquartered in Ohio providing strategic marketing and advertising services to luxury clients nationwide exclusively in the fine jewelry industry. Right now, we have an immediate opening for a dynamic addition to our accounts team. Our office operates remotely on east coast hours.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 7+ years of significant Client Management experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment, and a BA/BS degree, preferably in communications, marketing or PR. You must also have strong organizational, writing, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-focused team environment. 

Responsibilities of this position include the management of relationships with clients. As one of the senior points of contact for the agency’s accounts, the Account Executive works alongside the Account Coordinator to coordinate the internal resources needed to service projects, and works alongside the Account Supervisor to build strategic marketing plans, and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work. 

Regarding responsibilities and skills, here are the musts:

• Superb organizational skills
• Prior Agency Account Management experience required (7+ years)
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management
• A background in advertising, jewelry, and luxury marketing a plus
• The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Effective team management capabilities
• A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques
• Ability to approve all client materials & proof, copy, and images
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Word, PPT & Excel
• Competency working in a remote environment and professionally communicating via phone, e-mail & text
