Rosemary Chicken Salad
- 3 cups chopped roasted rotisserie chicken breast
- ⅓ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup light mayo
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt & pepper (to taste)
To make, combine all ingredients well and serve. It couldn’t be easier!
