It’s no secret great customer service breeds loyalty, but so does appreciation. This is true for both clientele and employees, and in many ways, the two go hand in hand. With the hustle of the holiday season just around the corner, take some time to cultivate relationships with your sales staff by acknowledging areas they do well and finding little ways to show your appreciation. Employees tend to be happier when they feel their work is appreciated or acknowledged, which oftentimes lends itself to better customer service overall. This will help to enhance the service your customers receive during the crucial summer months and keep them coming back.
