We All Know Reviews Are Important. But, How Do We Know They Are Real?

New research has shown multiple star reviews don't necessarily reflect product quality. Unfortunately, there are many bogus reviews out there. The good news is there are algorithms that can filter out those suspicious posts. One way to ensure you're reading a solid review is to actually read the entire review. Reviews with small statements such as "tastes great" or "best place" could be a sign it's not a real customer. Amazon uses a new website called Fakespot (http://fakespot.com/) which grades the reliability of many reviews. Wondering if that review is real? Simply copy the URL, paste it into Fakespot and click "analyze". The site replies with a letter grade rating that shows how much you should trust the review!
