Fruchtman Marketing Announces Strategic Leadership Transition to Support Continued Growth and Long-Term Client Relationships

MIAMI, Florida, May 18, 2026 — Fruchtman Marketing, an industry-leading marketing agency serving the fine jewelry industry, today announced a leadership and ownership transition. Founders Ellen and Michael Fruchtman have partnered with Erin Moyer-Carballea and Manuel Carballea to guide the agency through its next phase. As part of this transition, Moyer-Carballea and Carballea will assume ownership of the firm, ensuring continuity, long-term stewardship, and a strong future for Fruchtman Marketing and its clients.

This process follows a year-long planning, evaluation, and collaboration period to ensure the right long-term outcome for both clients and the Fruchtman team. As Ellen and Michael Fruchtman begin to look toward retirement, their decision reflects a commitment to protecting the relationships and standards that have defined the brand for more than 45 years.

The structure and timing of this change are designed to ensure clients experience a consistent and confident partnership without disruption to the relationships and services they rely on.

The agency will continue to operate as a boutique firm, with the same team, hands-on, strategic approach, and highly personalized client service that have defined its success.

Erin Moyer-Carballea will serve as Chief Executive Officer. Over the next 12 months, she will work closely with the Fruchtmans to engage with clients and lead key strategic initiatives. As CEO, Moyer-Carballea will guide the firm’s long-term vision, strengthen the client experience, and expand its strategic capabilities.

Moyer-Carballea brings more than 20 years of experience in brand strategy, content development, and digital innovation. She has worked in leadership positions across entertainment, media, and global consumer brands, including early work with major entertainment companies during a period of rapid digital transformation. Her experience provides a forward-looking perspective on storytelling, audience engagement, and multi-platform strategy, positioning Fruchtman Marketing to expand its strategic offerings while continuing to serve as a trusted partner to jewelry retailers in a dynamic marketplace.

Manuel Carballea will serve as Chief Operating Officer, leading operational strategy, financial performance, and the systems that support scalable growth. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience working in global technology companies across communications, software, and enterprise sales, with a focus on customer service and emerging technologies, including AI-driven systems, performance platforms, and customer segmentation. His expertise will enhance the agency’s digital capabilities, analytics, and operational infrastructure, enabling clients to access advanced tools and actionable insights.

Ellen Fruchtman, Founder of Fruchtman Marketing, will remain active during this transition period, supporting key client relationships and working closely with Moyer-Carballea to ensure a seamless handoff. Her industry knowledge and leadership will continue to play an important role in the firm’s ongoing success.

As part of the new executive structure, Fruchtman Marketing is also promoting two longtime leaders to C-suite roles.

David Turgeon has been promoted to Chief Client Officer, assuming expanded responsibility for client leadership and retail advisory. With more than 30 years of experience working with jewelers and retailers, Turgeon brings ownership-level expertise, having operated several retail businesses, including jewelry stores and a jewelry manufacturing company. He provides strategic guidance grounded in hands-on retail experience.

Shane O’Neill has been promoted to Chief Strategy and Growth Officer. A 20-year veteran of Fruchtman Marketing, he has led the agency’s digital and website division and will continue to drive strategic growth across client platforms through digital innovation and performance-driven initiatives.

Fruchtman Marketing’s leadership team, strategists, creatives, media specialists, and account managers remain in place, and clients will continue working with the professionals they know and trust. Day-to-day relationships, service, and the agency’s exclusive focus on the jewelry industry remain unchanged.

“This decision was not made lightly,” said Ellen Fruchtman. “Michael and I care deeply about our clients and our team, and it was important to ensure this transition was right. Erin and Manny share our values and commitment, and we are very confident in the firm’s future. What will not change is the way we serve our clients. Our relationships, our accessibility, and our attention to detail will remain exactly the same.”

Moyer-Carballea added, “What Ellen and Michael have built is truly special. My focus will be on honoring that foundation while helping the firm evolve to strengthen our clients’ marketing and support the Fruchtman team’s execution for the long term.”

This evolution represents a natural next step for the firm, building on its legacy while positioning Fruchtman Marketing for continued leadership and growth in the jewelry industry.
