- 1 cup fresh celery
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 2 cups light coconut milk, cold brewed green tea or water
- 1 persian cucumber (peeled)
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
- 3 cups frozen mango
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:

Blend celery, parsley, and liquid first. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. For a thicker, colder smoothie add a few ice cubes and blend again!
