Mango Ginger Immune Support Smoothie

Boost your immune system with this refreshing Mango Ginger Smoothie, packed with vibrant ingredients to help you feel your best. The blend of mango, ginger, and greens creates a nutrient-rich drink that's both delicious and revitalizing!

  • 1 cup fresh celery
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 cups light coconut milk, cold brewed green tea or water
  • 1 persian cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Blend celery, parsley, and liquid first. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. For a thicker, colder smoothie add a few ice cubes and blend again!
