How Will Calls From Voice Assistants Change Your Jewelry Appointments?

Google describes Duplex as "a new technology for conducting natural conversations to carry out ‘real world’ tasks over the phone." This means that soon robots could be calling your store to schedule appointments. Duplex sparked controversy when people realized that it works so well that people answering the phone might not realize that they are not talking to a human. Presumably, Google Assistant will identify itself as such, but businesses may have to evaluate whether they want to have employees interacting with robots on the phone. On the other hand, the convenience using Duplex might be a welcome change if it means scheduling more appointments. How about you?
