Rosemary Chicken Salad

A lighter take on classic chicken salad. The almonds add crunch and the rosemary gives fresh flavor! Serve on artisan bread or on a bed of your favorite mixed greens.
Rosemary Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped roasted rotisserie chicken breast
- ⅓ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup light mayo
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- To make, combine all ingredients well and serve. It couldn’t be easier!
