Rosemary Chicken Salad

A lighter take on classic chicken salad. The almonds add crunch and the rosemary gives fresh flavor! Serve on artisan bread or on a bed of your favorite mixed greens.

Rosemary Chicken Salad


  • 3 cups chopped roasted rotisserie chicken breast
  • cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup light mayo
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • To make, combine all ingredients well and serve. It couldn’t be easier!
