Dessert Tacos

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • tortillas
  • chocolate chips (or chocolate bark)
  • peanuts (crushed)
  • blueberries and strawberries (or other preferred fruits)
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate syrup
  • vanilla ice cream


  • Heat the tortillas over the stove and fold them so they look like tacos.
  • Add cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Brush melted butter on the tortillas and immediately cover them with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Melt the chocolate and use a spoon to add the chocolate to the tops of the shells.
  • Immediately sprinkle the peanuts around the chocolate.
  • Let the chocolate set and then add ice cream inside the shell with your choice of fruit on top of the ice cream.
  • Finish by adding the whipped cream and drizzle some chocolate syrup on top. Then serve and enjoy!
