BBQ Brisket

Too cold out there to barbeque? Not to worry. This recipe does the trick inside!
Ingredients
- 4 lb brisket
- 1 jar Original KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce (or a sauce of your choice)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp crushed bay leaves
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Rub liquid smoke on the brisket, and then sprinkle the dry ingredients on.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
- Scrape seasoning off of the meat. Slice and pour the barbeque sauce on top.
- Enjoy!
