BBQ Brisket

BBQ Brisket

Too cold out there to barbeque? Not to worry. This recipe does the trick inside!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lb brisket
  • 1 jar Original KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce (or a sauce of your choice)
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp crushed bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp liquid smoke

Instructions
 

  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Rub liquid smoke on the brisket, and then sprinkle the dry ingredients on.
  • Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
  • Scrape seasoning off of the meat. Slice and pour the barbeque sauce on top.
  • Enjoy!
