Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients – Cake

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup oil

3 eggs

2 cups of pumpkin (1 small can pumpkin puree)

Baking Instructions – Cake

Mix all cake ingredients and bake the cake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cake rises.

Ingredients – Frosting

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese

1 stick butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups powdered sugar

This ingredient list can be halved if you do not wish to have a lot of frosting

Instructions – Frosting

Mix the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together using a hand mixer and then add in the powdered sugar. Frost the cake and serve.
